As the CEO of Pacific Office Solutions, Diane oversees her team of professional bookkeepers to ensure their compliance with the highest standards of bookkeeping services to their clients. This includes confidentiality, reliability, efficiency and timeliness. Diane is also recognized as a bookkeeping consultant and a certified trainer on reputable accounting software. She firmly believes that improved office systems enable businesses to make better management decisions and optimize savings as well as increase bottom line results. Diane’s energy, enthusiasm and inclusive partnership-style approach draws clients and employees to work and stay with her.

Diane also aspires to train a new generation of bookkeepers in the solid craft of bookkeeping and help pave the way for them to continue helping business clients into the future.

Diane believes in giving back to the community. She has served as a treasurer on the Board of Guildford Community Partners Society for over a decade, ensuring full compliance with the charitable organization regulations and budget allocations. Diane also contributed her services to the Surrey Crime Prevention Society as a treasurer and director.

Diane is committed to reducing her carbon footprint in the environment, both personally and in business. She had implemented strategies to significantly reduce the paper waste/printing and increase recycling.

Our professional team is highly qualified to oversee your payables, accounts receivable, cash flow, profits, taxes, government returns, payroll, and financial record-keeping whether on-site, offsite from our office, or by remote access. If all bookkeeping information has been provided in a timely manner by the client, and Pacific Office Solutions fails to complete a government report on time, Pacific Office Solutions will pay the late payment penalty and interest.


Accordingly, Pacific Office Solutions will hold all client information in strictest confidence, and not disclose client information to any person, firm, or corporation except as necessary to carry out its assigned responsibilities. Pacific Office Solutions will not use any client information for the benefit of itself or any third party or for any other purpose. Pacific Office Solutions will take the same degree of care that it uses to protect its own confidential information.
