If all bookkeeping information has been provided in a timely manner by the client, and Pacific Office Solutions fails to complete a government report on time, Pacific Office Solutions will pay the late payment penalty and interest.


Accordingly, Pacific Office Solutions will hold all client information in strictest confidence, and not disclose client information to any person, firm, or corporation except as necessary to carry out its assigned responsibilities. Pacific Office Solutions will not use any client information for the benefit of itself or any third party or for any other purpose.
